Article 42 Deemed marine licenceI1

The marine licence set out in Schedule 11 (deemed marine licence) is deemed to have been issued under Part 4 of the 2009 Act (marine licensing) for the licensed activities set out in Part 2, and subject to the condition set out in Part 3, of the licence.

Any decision made by the MMO under conditions 29(2)(b) and 2629(2)(c) of Schedule 11 (deemed marine licence) is deemed to be a decision able to be appealed under the Marine Licensing (Licence Application Appeals) Regulations 2011^f1.
