(1)

The undertaker must provide the following information to the MMO—

(a)

the name and function of any agent or contractor appointed to engage in any licensed activity within seven days of appointment; and

(b)

details of any vessel being used to carry on any licensed activity listed on behalf of the undertaker, together with details of the vessel owner or operating company not less than 24 hours before the commencement of the licensed activity in question.

(2)

Any changes to details supplied under sub-paragraph (1) must be notified to the MMO in writing prior to the agent, contractor or vessel engaging in the licensed activity in question.

(3)

Only those persons notified to the MMO in accordance with this condition are permitted to carry out a licensed activity.
