Paragraph 105 ArbitrationI1

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 97(2), 97(4), 98(1) and 99, any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and SGN under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and SGN, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 49 (arbitration).
