Paragraph 47 I1

At all times the undertaker shall procure that its employees, contractors and subcontractors take all reasonable and proper precautions in exercise of powers conferred by this Order to ensure that as little damage, obstruction or interference is caused is caused to TWUL’s undertaking as is reasonably practicable save that this obligation shall not prevent the construction or operation of the authorised development.
