Paragraph 19 Navigation risk assessmentI1

Prior to commencement of construction of Work No. 4, the undertaker must update the preliminary navigation risk assessment to take account of the detailed design and construction methodology of Work No. 4 and submit the updated navigation risk assessment to the PLA for its written approval, which must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

The construction and operation of the authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the updated navigation risk assessment approved under sub-paragraph (1).
