Paragraph 20 On street apparatusI1

Except for paragraph 21 (apparatus of National Grid in streets subject to temporary prohibition or restriction of use), paragraph 26 (retained apparatus: protection of National Grid as electricity undertaker), paragraph 27 (expenses), and paragraph 28 (indemnity) of this Schedule which will apply in respect of the exercise of all or any powers under the Order affecting the rights and apparatus of National Grid, the provisions of this Part of this Schedule do not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and National Grid are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
