Article 2 Amendment of Order
For sub-paragraph (a) of article 4(2) of the Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Order 1992f1, there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph:—
“(a)an incapacity benefit under section 30A of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f2;”.
