Section 12 Temporary exclusion orders: proceedings and appeals against convictions
(1)
Schedule 3 makes provision about proceedings relating to temporary exclusion orders.
(2)
Schedule 4 makes provision about appeals against convictions in cases where a temporary exclusion order, a notice under section 9 or a permitted obligation is quashed.
