Regulation 2 Amendments to the Countryside Stewardship (England) Regulations 2020
The Countryside Stewardship (England) Regulations 2020f1 are amended as follows.
In regulation 5(3)—
after “agreement” insert “only”;
for “any” substitute “an”.
Omit regulations 14, 16(6)(b) and 16(8).
In regulation 15, omit the words from “, together with” to “regulation 14,”.
In the Schedule—
