Article 2 Civil Justice Review: jurisdictional changes

Order 1, rule 3 shall be amended by inserting, after the definitionof“senior master”, the following—

• ““value”, in relation to an action or claim, shall be construed inaccordance with articles 9 and 10 of the High Court and County CourtsJurisdiction Order 1991^f1.”.
