Article 52 Miscellaneous amendments

In Order 11, rule 4(4), for the words “legal aid under Part I of the Legal Aid Act 1974” and “the Law Society”, there shall be substituted the words “representation under Part IV of the Legal Aid Act 1988^f1” and “the Legal Aid Board” respectively.
