Article 12 Automatic directions
After Order 16, rule 4(5), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–
“(5A)Nothing in paragraph (5) shall require the proper officer to fix a day in an action to which Order 17, rule 11 applies.”.
After Order 16, rule 4(5), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–
“(5A)Nothing in paragraph (5) shall require the proper officer to fix a day in an action to which Order 17, rule 11 applies.”.
