Article 11 Enforcement of award

Appendix B, Part I shall be amended as follows—

(1)

in the title, after the words “FIXED DATE SUMMONS” there shall be inserted “, APPLICATION TO ENFORCE AN AWARD”;

(2)

in paragraph (1), after the words “the summons” there shall be inserted “or application”;

(3)

at the end of paragraph (1)(c), the word “or” shall be omitted;

(4)

in paragraph (1)(d), for the word “hearing.” there shall be substituted “hearing; or”; and

(5)

at the end of paragraph (1)(d), there shall be inserted the following new sub-paragraph—

“(e)

in proceedings for the enforcement of a tribunal or other award, for the purposes only of Order 25, rule 12”.
