Article 8 Transfer from the High Court for enforcement

Order 25, rule 11(1) shall be amended as follows—

(1)

in sub-paragraph (b), for the words “an affidavit” there shall be substituted “a certificate”; and

(2)

after sub-paragraph (c) there shall be inserted the following new sub-paragraph—

“(d)

a copy of the order to transfer the proceedings to the county court.”.
