Article 17 Landlord and Tenant Acts 1985 and 1987

Order 43 shall be amended by adding after rule 15 the following new rule—

“Application under section 12(2) of the Act of 1985

An application under section 12 (2) of the Act of 1985 for an order authorising the inclusion in a lease of provisions excluding or modifying the provisions of section 11 of that Act may be heard and determined by the registrar and may, if the court thinks fit, be dealt with in chambers.”.
