Article 5 Payment into and out of court

Order 11 shall be amended as follows–

(1)

in rule 3(5)(a) for the words “before receipt of the notice of payment into court” there shall be substituted the words “up to the time of giving notice of acceptance”;

(2)

in rule 5(2) for the words “before the receipt of the notice of payment into court” there shall be substituted the words “up to the time of giving notice of acceptance”;

(3)

in rule 10(2) after the words “A party who makes such an offer shall file a copy” there shall be added the words “in a sealed envelope”.
