Article 6 Striking out after 12 months' general adjournment

To Order 13, rule 3 the following paragraphs shall be added–

“(5)

An application under paragraph (4) stating the grounds upon which it is made shall be sent in writing to the proper officer.

(6)

The registrar may determine an application under paragraph (4) without the attendance of either party or direct the proper officer to fix a day for the hearing of the application.”.
