Form N32(2) shall be amended as follows.

(1)

In the title for the words from “PARAGRAPH (b)” to “1938)”, there shall be substituted the words “CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974, S.133(1)(i) SUSPENDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A TIME ORDER”.

(2)

In the body of the form, for the words “hire-purchase agreement”, “postponement” (wherever occurring), “postponed” and “hire-purchase price” (wherever occurring), there shall be substituted the words “regulated hire-purchase agreement [or regulated conditional sale agreement]”, “suspension”, “suspended” and “total price” respectively.
