Form N32(3) shall be amended by substituting—

(a)

for the words in the title from “PARAGRAPH (c)” to “1938)”, the words “section 133(1)(ii) OF THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974”; and

(b)

for the words in the body of the form “hire-purchase agreement”, the words “regulated hire-purchase agreement [or regulated conditional sale agreement]”.
