Article 8
Form N32(4) shall be amended as follows.
(1)
In the title for the words from “SECTIONS” to “1938)” there shall be substituted the words “SECTION 130(6) OR 135(4) OF THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974”.
(2)
In the body of the form for the words “postponed”, “Hire-Purchase” and “postponement” there shall be substituted the words “suspended”, “regulated” and “suspension” respectively.
(3)
The fourth and fifth paragraphs of the form shall be omitted.
