Section 16 Actions of adherence, etc. to be instituted in the Court of Session.

All the provisions of the M1Court of Session Act 1830, and of this Act, applicable to actions of declarator of marriage and of nullity of marriage, and to actions of declarator of legitimacy and of bastardy, and to actions of divorce, and to actions of separation à mensâ et thoro, are and shall be applicable to . . . F1all other consistorial actions, though not specially mentioned in the said recited Act.
