Paragraph 2 C1

(1)

In Schedule 4 to that Act, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (1) after the word “composed”there shall be inserted the words “subject to sub-paragraph (2) below”, and at the end of sub-paragraph (1)there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph:—

“(2)
The magistrates’ courts committee for any area may, with his consent, co-opt a judge of the High Court, Circuit judge or Recorder to serve as a member of the committee”.

(2)

Paragraphs 1(3) and 4 of that Schedule shall be omitted.
