In rule 13—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

for “a magistrates' courts committee” substitute “the Lord Chancellor”;

(ii)

for “petty sessions area” (in both places) substitute “local justice area”; and

(iii)

omit “rule 4(1) or, where that term has expired,”; and

(b)

for paragraph (2) substitute the following paragraph:

“(2)
The meeting referred to in paragraph (1) shall be the meeting of justices referred to in rule 11(7).”.
