omit Form B; and

(b)

for the heading to Form A (Commissions of the Peace: England (outside London) and Wales) substitute the following heading

“Commission of the Peace: England and Wales”;

and in that form, for “the commission area of” and “the said commission area” (in each place) substitute “England and Wales”.
