Paragraph 222 I1

In rule 4, for paragraphs (1) to (3) substitute the following paragraphs:

“(2)

There shall be one panel for Greater London formed of justices nominated from time to time by the Lord Chancellor in accordance with these Rules.

(3)

Justices who form the first panel after 1st April 2005 shall serve for a term of three years commencing on 1st January in the year following the expiry of the term of the previous panel.”.
