(a)

in paragraph 1(1)—

(i)

in the definition of “the appropriate court”, for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”; and

(ii)

for “petty sessions area” (in the second and third places) substitute “local justice area”;

(b)

in paragraph 4, for “petty sessions area” (in each place) substitute “local justice area”; and

(c)

in paragraph 9—

(i)
