In section 2 (dispute as to damage caused during survey)—

(a)

for “by any two or more justices in petty sessions assembled of the place in which the lands, grounds, heritages, or trees may be situate” substitute “ by a magistrates' court ”, and

(b)

for “the justices, may appeal” substitute “ the magistrates' court, may appeal ”.
