In section 7(4) (sending to Director of Public Prosecutions of details of cases which do not proceed)—

(a)

for “every justices' chief executive” substitute “ the designated officer for every magistrates' court ”, and

(b)

for “a magistrates' court for which he is the justices' chief executive” substitute “ the magistrates' court ”.
