In subsection (1), for the words from the beginning to “sections” substitute “ The power to make Criminal Procedure Rules ”.

In subsection (3), for “Rules made under section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980” substitute “ Criminal Procedure Rules made ”.
