In subsection (1), for “justices' chief executive for a petty sessions” substitute “ designated officer for a local justice ”.

In subsection (2)(b), for “appropriate justices' chief executive” substitute “ designated officer for the local justice area in which the defaulter resides ”.

(4)

In subsection (3), for “justices' chief executive” substitute “ designated officer ”.
