Section 81 Transfer of accrued rights to and from judicial pension schemes.

Schedule 13 amends the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 by inserting a new Schedule 1A, which makes provision for the transfer of accrued rights into and out of the judicial pension schemes constituted by that Act and the M1Sheriffs’ Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961.
