Section 90 Interim ordersI1

In section 47 of the Court of Session Act 1988 (interim interdict and other interim orders), after subsection (2) insert—

“(2A)

The power under subsection (2) to make an order includes, in particular, power to make an order ad factum praestandum (including an interim order).”.
