Article 10 Co-operation and provision of informationF1
(1)
The bodies constituting the administrator must—
(a)
co-operate with each other; and
(b)
provide each other with such of the information provided to or obtained by them under any of Parts 2 to 4, 6 to 8, 10 or 11 of this Order as they may require to enable them to carry out their duties as an administrator under this Order.
(2)
The administrator must provide to a national authority such of the information described in paragraph (1)(b) as that authority may lawfully require in relation to compliance with and enforcement of this Order.
