Article 33 CRC emissionsF1

“CRC emissions” means the emissions calculated in accordance with paragraph 33 of Schedule 1 from CRC supplies.

“CRC supplies” means the supplies of electricity and gas supplied to a participant and participant equivalent in accordance with sections 1 to 4 of Schedule 1 and the additions in section 6 of that Schedule less the deductions under section 5 of that Schedule.

The lowest value of CRC emissions is zero.
