Article 46 Information and assistance by occupiersF1
(1)
Where paragraph 16 of Schedule 1 applies, A may request B (where “A” and “B” are as described in that paragraph) to provide A with such reasonable assistance as A may require to comply with Part 2 or to comply with A's obligations as a participant.
(2)
B must comply with the request within a reasonable time.
