Paragraph 5 Self-supply by authorised gas suppliersF1
(1)
Where an authorised supplier of gas supplies natural gas to itself, it is supplied with that natural gas except to the extent which it uses that natural gas directly for—
(a)
the transport, supply or shipping of gas; or
(b)
the generation, transmission or distribution of electricity.
(2)
In this paragraph, “natural gas” means any gas derived from natural strata.
