Article 4 Prohibition
As made
Article 3 does not apply to a requirement:
(a)
to comply with any provision of the law of the United Kingdom; or
(b)
to limit the maximum amount of a difference in price to the amount of the fee or charge imposed under the agreement with respect to the reimbursement for supplies made on the production of a credit card.
