In section 6(7) (meaning of “collecting officer”)—
(a)
in paragraph (a)(ii) after “of” insert “ the family court or ”, and
(b)
after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)in the case of an order made by the family court, the appropriate officer of that court;”.
