In Schedule 4 to the 1997 Act (minor and consequential amendments), the following provisions are hereby repealed, namely—

(a)

in paragraph 6, sub-paragraph (1)(b);

(b)

paragraphs 9 and 11; and

(c)

in paragraph 12, sub-paragraph (4).
