(a)
in subsection (1), for “or a local authority” substitute “, a local authority or an RSH provider”;
(b)
in subsection (5)—
(i)
in paragraph (a), after “authority” insert “or an RSH provider”;
(ii)
in paragraph (b), after “body” insert “or an RSH provider”;
(c)
after subsection (5) insert—
“(6)Where a local authority or a local policing body makes an application under this section in respect of premises owned or managed by an RSH provider, the application must also be served on the RSH provider.”
