in subsection (2) for “this section” substitute “subsection (1)”;

after subsection (2) insert—

“(2A)

The Department must issue guidance to the Chief Constable about the disclosure of police information for the purpose of protecting persons from risks associated with stalking.

(2B)

The Chief Constable must have regard to guidance issued under subsection (2A).”;

in subsection (3) for “subsection (1)” substitute “this section”.
