In sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (exemption from exclusion orders), for the words “section 67 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967” there shall be substituted the words F1“ section 87 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 ”.
