Article 14 I1

For paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 1 substitute—

“(1)

This paragraph applies to a sentencing hearing following a case on indictment to which this Schedule applies, where sentence has been deferred under section 1 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000f1 (deferment of sentence).”.
