(a)
before paragraph (2), insert—
“(1A)Article 4A applies to proceedings in magistrates’ courts only.”;
(b)
in paragraph (2)—
(i)
after “12A” insert “and 15A”; and
(ii)
omit “and paragraph 12B of Schedule 2 to this Order and the related entry in the table following paragraph 14 of that Schedule”;
(c)
in paragraph (6A), omit “except as provided in paragraph 25 of Schedule 2”.
