Section 73 Possession of alcohol at sporting event.

Scotland

Any person who—

(a)

is in possession of alcohol in; or

(b)

while in possession of alcohol, attempts to enter,

the relevant area of designated sports ground at any time during the period of a designated sporting event, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 60 days or to a fine not exceeding F1level 3 on the standard scale or both.
