Section 11 Requirement to give notice of defence of automatism or coercion.

After subsection (1) of section 82 of the 1975 Act (requirement to give notice of plea of special defence, etc.) there shall be inserted the following subsection—

“(1A)
Subsection (1) above shall apply to a defence of automatism or coercion as if it were a special defence.”.
