In section 72A (preliminary hearing: appointment of trial diet) of the 1995 Act—
(a)
in subsection (1), for the words from the beginning to “section” there is substituted “ In any case in which subsection (6) of section 72 ”,
(b)
subsection (1A) is repealed.
