Paragraph 8 F1
In section 397(1) for the words “or under section 72A of the M1Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” there shall be substituted the words “, under section 72A of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952 or under section 104A of the M2Magistrates’ Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 1964]”.
