Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations—

(a)

amend—

(i)

the Crown Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1979^f1,

(ii)

the Magistrates’ Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984^f2, and

(iii)

the Criminal Procedure Rules 2015^f3;

(b)

may be cited as the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019; and

(c)

come into force on exit day.
