In rule 68.5 (Exercise of court’s powers to give leave to appeal, etc: general rules)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(a)—

(i)

for “or”, substitute “,”, and

(ii)

after “2005”, insert “or article 11 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Appeals under section 74) Order 2006”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(b)—

(i)

for “or”, substitute “,”, and

(ii)

(c)

(i)

(ii)
